Insulation

Hi.
Has anyone insulated their Bay? If so what have you used. Has it made much difference?

i used the radiator stuff from B&Q (not the Foam back stuff) and the aluminium tape and held on with spray glue, cozy but it doesn't do a lot to deaden the sound, the thermal window covers from JK make a huge difference to the warmth

Don't you get loads of condensation with the window cover things?

No on a really cold night I get a bit but as a rule no, I also have a water condensate trap that probably helps
