Interior window sills

Hello

Not sure the title is what I require but recently discovered that my t2 camper was in a former life a panel van so on the inside of the windows and sliding door it does not have the finish as a original camper would have and wondered if there is anywhere you can obtain the window inner sills so it gives a good finish or any other ideas instead of just having a bear metal finish .
Look forward to receiving ideas and replies.

I guess if you had the time and inclination, you could change the metalwork, although it would be a horrible job. Most companies like Devon and holdsworth used wood or fibreglass trim round the inside to neaten it up a bit.
