kadron problem

chain of events really -

been running new kadrons for about 2 weeks waiting to go on the rolling road for a proper tune up next week

however, up until now they have been running great -( good power for a basic tune up)

took the SC out for a quick cruise a couple of days back (only a couple of miles ) now once the chokes are fully opened up of the kadrons they seem start holding up power and the engine chokes itself up and cuts out??

engine runs fine with power until it gets to normal operating temp - i have done all the usual checks on cylinders to make sure the problem is not from another source - all seems aok

fuel pump is working and the carbs are getting fuel and pushing fuel into the chamber

anyone got any ideas?? can;t even get it on the road long enough to get it to the rolling road

I'd pop the jets out to make sure they are clear and also cheap for air leaks on the manifolds.
