Unfortunately my bus is off the road and my current insurance is up in 2wks. Does anyone bother with laid up cover? Basically I'd be covered if my garage caught fire or something. Cherished quoted £78 which is pretty good I suppose but I've key other vehicles lapse when I've had them off the road and never even considered insuraning them. No one can Nick my bus as it stands its literally in pieces in a locked garage behind a 10ft locked gate with at least 1 car parked in front of that

i pay around the same ,i have my bus broken down to a bare shell on the drive but with the pikeys all ways on the prowl and the buses being stolen i wouldnt be without it :)

Maybe I should stop being a tightarse but I could better spend £78 or something else (unless my garage burns to the ground )

is it worth being without it

Classic Line and Footman James, cost me around £58, and with so many being pinched lately, I reckon its worth it.
