Hi guys after some advice please.
I'm fitting a late bay Cu box into my early bay, but I think it it has deeper bell housing than an earlybay box.
The holes that the mounting studs and bolts pass through are 60mm meaning none of my hardware is long enough.
I also noticed that when I push the engine up to the box and engage it in the input shaft the engine sits won't go onto the mounts on chassis.
Can anyone confirm for me if they were was a deeper bell housing made ? And also if this gearbox then has a long input shaft.

Cheers
Sam

Whs ^ ? Get a new gasket on the bell housing and swap in a new input seal while there. Also check the release shaft and starter bushing then you won't need to go there again fir a while and just enjoy the sun cruising

Cheers guys. Unfortunately I don't have a box to take the bits off but It looks like Radish has again saved the day with a bell housing and RP race Shop who re-built the box say they have some shalfs, fingers crossed.
*note to self, check gearbox codes a bit more thoroughly before getting a rebuild.
