Hi,

Thinking about getting a ladder for my van they do look cool so lets see what you got and from where please.

Also do you drive about with them on?

Dave

more important than the cool factor, they also offer access to the old roofrack, saving the need to stand around on unsteady radioflyer wagons or on expensive old coolboxes ; )

best i've seen was that one that fitted the corner of the van as posted by carole a while back

i want one o them and will pay good money to whoever makes me one

i got mine from the husband of the woman who runs time travellers, the stall selling melamine etc - bargain it was, but it went all rat looks, so selling on...

I've had a rack and ladder combo made by Design 21 not seen it yet though as Andy broke down on the way to dubfreeze...The ladder should fix to the rack when not in use, gone for a ground to gutter ladder as I dont like the idea of resting it on the side panels and the wheel mounted ones restrict the position...

Call andy and he should be able to discuss your needs and come back with some options for you nice fella too

how much you want for it im after a ratty one

I bust myself fully on the chin trying to overreach to the roofrach one day.

I was putting my surfboards on the roof whilst still wearing my wetsuit and had dripped water a bit on the cargo floor thus making it slippy. I was stood right on the edge of the floor obviously with the sliding door back and both feet slipped off and back at the same time......

I slammed my chin fully on the gutter above the door and needed stitches!!!! :(

I was thinking of getting a ladder also as I **** my pants every time I climb up there. Ironically I happen to be a climbing instructor also!!

sorry dude, ant has dibs on it, and someone else if he doesn't want it, it is on the for sale forum

now just gotta sort that postage, it's finding time to get to the PO with a large ladder in tow that's proving difficult

if you cut it into smaller bits its easier to post

and then maybe squash them flat so they go in envelopes?
