Hi, Restoring 1970 LHD delux microbus. I have noticed the steering box is leaking since I've removed it, does anyone know where I can get a overhaul kit for it?

I'm going to need one of these soon as my mechanic says there is a lot of play in mine :( also lhd

Going to have to wait until get back from our trip to scotland :D :D

there was a thread here a couple of months ago on the topic, dont have time to look now but a couple of refurbishers were mentioned let me know how you get on.

A few peeps on EB have had steering boxes rebuilt by this company (cost about £170)

If you need another box i would reccomend Volksheaven as they use as many new parts as they can get there hands on.
I paid £250 and exchanged my old box.
Good service and the box seems very good :D

i had a worn pin on mine and had to find a good one because the rebuilder couldnt get them anymore.i have since found this that may be of use,it does say splitscreen but may be worth a try. http://www.taylormachine.co.uk/Taylor_Machine_Services/Products.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
