Anythings restorable, look at pinheaduk's resto in the gallery section if you want inspiration 8)
 
If super structure is sound chassis rails etc, then I would say yes as the rest is mainly skin panels.

Only problem when they are like this is there is know way of knowing how bad it is till you get started, probably best to blast back to metal to see whats there, and whats not there :D
