anyone know where to find the bits to make one up, the longest I can find ready made is 12 feet from carbuilder solutions and I reckon it needs to be 15.

taek a trip to your local motorbike shop they have cable on the roll. then just raid any 60/70s style car for an appropriate friction knob. Morris minor might be a good start.

mind if i ask why?

good tip thanks,

and why? cos have just fitted twin 40 dellortos, starting with frost on the windows is possible using the throttle pump, but warmup is slower than the ICTs on the split, (more metal in the carbs and manifolds? + I lifted the carbs another 40mm (so could keep the dellorto levers and springs which are so much better quality than the stuff that came with the linkage kit)), the carbs have manual enrichment and start easier in the cold if this is used so figured it would be a nice touch.
