A lot more done lately!!
The van is on the ramp at Tudor rose's garage this week receiving ,
New brakes front & rear.
Flexis & brake pipes.
Exhaust.
Driveshaft boots.
Front shocks.
New fuel lines.
Petrol tank flush.
New ignition.
Get it running.
Wiring.
Whilst it was away on the ramp I prepped, primed & painted the wheels,
Might have a bit of work to do on the rear bumper???

A full day on the bus today, not as much achieved as I wanted but, hey ho!!
New whitewalls from vintage tyres.com seem canny!!
But they're blue at the minute :? Not sure how to clean em up yet!??

Rear arch cleaned up canny too!
Needs more welding here too!!
& here, both sides!
Couple of patches on a couple of jacking points also inner sill patch, the worst of the rust is the right side rear arch which may need replacing altogether!??
Welding should commence next week!!

Will make a good bus for someone, I might put it up for sale once it's in primer??
Then a prospective new owner could pick the colour???

It's in between classic campers & restore & more , getting mechanical off Carl & welding off Steve, before coming down to my place for paint , then hopefully on to its new owner!!

Out with the kitchen unit, in with more seating for his increasing family.
I like the matching trim, the relocation of the table & the fancy 3 point belts!!!
