No Way!!! were they going to paint it like that?? NO WAY would I be happy with that,that is poor and its obviously not right! I think you need to have words dude!!

I no i could sleep in that gap
need to get it sorted got boxes of bits ready and now another set back life is swell!! dont no what section needs to be cut any ideas!! all are welcome :cry:
 
Have you got a photo without the masking paper on?

Did they fit a complete wheel arch from the B pillar down to the front panel?

Are the door the original ones?

You might get away with fitting just the lower step and leaving the lipped arch in place. However if the lipped arch is also bothering you, then there only one answer a complete new arch.

Did they supplier the panels or you?
 
I havent got a picture without the paper on
the arch was complete
the doors are origanal
and they supplied the panels :evil:

they said we could weld a plate in there but still dont want those arches on there but thing is its in the body shop in barry by me and where they done the work is about 25 miles away which means paying for the trailer again which is about £120 for both ways really done my head in just finished building a double garage for her and now back to the grinder :( got all the trimmings for her stainless exhaust gb wheels everything new bumpers window seals etc and misses wants them out the house :lol: mind you so do i ,on the bloody van :)

have the body shop that done the work agreed with you that its un acceptable,if so,why would you be paying for the trailer dude - not your mistake!?
