Newbie saying hello

Evning all.I am basicly looking for a pre 72 Bay and spent the last few day strawling the internet looking.This evening i Google'd early bay and stumbled across this forum .Briliant,didnt even know it existed.I had(until sunday)a 74 bay that was rusting quicker than i could buy the panels for it.I owned it for 4 years and put a lot of time n money on it.So now im looking for rust free or as close to as poss.I also own an 85 VW Caddy and a 73 Beetle oh and a 63 Teardrop caravan import from Holland. Im also on the JK forum but not very often as they spend a lot of time talking about Knife crime,Imigration,politics............To be honest i wanna talk T2's.I love em and cant wait to be behind the wheel again :mrgreen: I know my way round t1's and t2's so if ican help in questioning threads i will.Thanks for reading this.Richard 8)

id love to see your teardrop as im planning to build one after the van is fixed up and MOT'd i have around 50 detailed plans of all the vintage teardrops with cad diagrams and specs as well

I've settled on the 'ken skill' as i love the two tone and classic lines and fenders 8)

get some pictures up in the gallery of the collection.

Johnny, where'd you get the teardrop plans, really fancy the sound of that, I had the details of a real tidy one but as with so much stuff I cant find it.....damned alzheimers creeping in again....I had an idea to have a teardrop for my lad....
