I'm a bit stunned no-one has said this yet so here goes..

Hail Caesar!

Nice bus matey, ride height is negligible;which is always a good thing.

And I am all for bright colours too, my paint guy's eyes will light up when I show him this thread..
David

Negligible, I know what you mean...........It'll go down loads more yet! :D

Thanks for the comments.

Well, got bored of running with the Monza 4 tip (Because it's crap) so i've bought a 4-1 header and a Mondo Muffler.

This is how i have got on so far with the header.

Wish me luck with the muffler! :D :D

Sounded nice as well, really don't want to have to raise the back of the van, but don't want to put the monza 4 tip back on either!

Any suggestions anyone? :?:

Driveway lift?
Rocket thrusters?
Lower the access road to meet your drive?
Taller back tyres?

;)

All of them are a consideration, rather than raising the van. :)

I agree, raising the van isn't going to happen!

I shall have to dig out the drive, as i need the mondo in my life...

Well, what can i say.

After having my old dear crash into the front of my van i decided to get it into the body shop to get it sorted.

While it's in i thought i would get old belly pans cut off, (as they looked like a patch work quilt), sort out any small little surprises found and weld fresh ones on.

Lets just say i need a brandy and a sit down, as it's not looking pretty.

After spending close to 4k getting the body work sorted and a full respray this is the last feckin thing i needed.

Will post up pics later.

Laters (1 very pissed off and upset) Caesar

Its usually a very scary thing when you remove the pans, you just dont know what you will find  hope all is not to bad tho dood 8)

**** sorry to hear that fella enjoy your brandy hope its a fine VSOP savour it as by the sounds you wont have one for a while.....

Why do you want to put the belly pans back granted it may reduce a bit of road noise but if you get some sound deadening under the rear carpet/tiles that should help...

Id opt to keep it open and waxoiled once its sorted....

for rigidity weld in some braces ...

hope you get over the shock soon... :)

Well after my old dear did this

Fortunately the floor is solid as a rock and has hardly been touched.

Maybe i'll only have 8 drinks tonight, instead of the 10 that was planned
