Earlier in the year I sourced and subsequently sold an NOS indicator switch as pictured below.
I have now sourced another one, exactly the same, also NOS, albeit without the box.
The relevant details are:
VW part number: 211 953 513 J.
SWF number stamped on the outside of the housing: HLS 69 SAE QB 71.
SWF number stamped on the inside of the smaller semi-circular housing: 296.538.
7 wires.
My VW parts book lists 513 J as being applicable to August '71 onwards up to the introduction of the "paddle" type of stalk and also applicable for August '69 to end of July '71 for vehicles with the M24 spec.
Please ensure all of the above info tallies with what you have/need.
