On my travels again this Thursday.
9 hour round trip for the sake of a bloody camper.

Pics mailed over showing all the right places, however it's only until you see it in the flesh i'll know if it's right van.

Looking forward to seeing it, but not the journey time.
Keep you posted.

Mike

hope it works out for you!

A few years back we had a baja. I fell in love with it when it was owned by a local guy. It was advertised on the local club site as being up for sale so i sent him an email. He had moved to South Wales and i live in Hampshire.

One journey to go and check it out and then a second visit getting my father in law to take me back to buy it!

It was worth it though, luckliy my bay was 2 minutes up the road.

good luck with it Kempy....we've all travelled those long miles looking for the right van.....

let us know how you get on with pics, even if it's pants!!

Carole

Yeah, Good luck and I hope it won't be a wasted journey.

I went all over the place and still bought a pile of crap so be carefull :D

lost count of the wasted journeys I've had :x
why can't people just tell the truth , but here's two of my better ones

my best buy was my Splittie , 4 miles away , kept it nearly 10 years
sold it about 8 years ago and its still going strong

I think the furthest I've been for a van was Inverness , another good one
a T25 Carat , about 410 miles one way , a great adventure

worst one was all the way to Bournemouth , what a pile of rubbish that was and a blow out on the motorway to add insult

so Kempy what have you found and what happened to the loft ????

Best of luck Kempy mate , I went to Portugal to look at my van . But it was worth every mile of the trip 8)
