anybody got any thoughts on it or a better option

AFAIK the stock breather works the best. The aftermarket ones I have seen are bling over function.

That CB tower breather is really good. It plumbs into your rocker covers and normally the fuel pub block off plate when using an electric fuel pump. But it's used in 6000rpm 1776cc+ motors that are throwing more oil round at greater pressures and heat. Stock motors don't need one. Where is it leaking?

Oil leak is from the front pulley screw on pulley is fine and case is fine outer lip of pulley is damaged going get a new one of the I think the combination of HD oil pressure springs and a 32mm pump isn't helping
Going to get a new stock filler current one leaks from the joint then join it to both carbs and fit standard pressure springs and hopefully that will sort it
