But I think a lowered bus that has been narrowed is more stable than a stock height bus for a number of reasons. When you narrow the leaves it stiffens up and when you lower you bring down the centre of gravity. A stock width lowered beam would give similar body roll but additional stability due to extra track. Remeber though that there are many high performance cars out there with a narrower front track.

I think the best solution is a lowered bus on wishbones :mrgreen:
 
definately lowered but unless the wheels call for a narrow beam then i dont see the point, then again i'm lowered on stock wheels and tyres so what would i know :lol:

yes agreed lower bus handles much better, and by the way, your bus is what got me into EB forum and buying a new bus! So your bus being featured in a mag has cost me a lot of money :mrgreen:

As on the previous page, my bus wouldn't be as low as it is (with stock wheels and tyres) without having a narrowed beam :)

I still have at least 6 inches of ground clearance, too. :shock:
