Opening 1/4 lights!!

One of the many jobs to do on my van is the 1/4 lights, toying with just replacing them with standard one piece glass for now as they're knackered, the seals are gone and the metal framework looks knackered too, the opening part is only held on at the top!! I could do with some photos of them in bits as I can't quite get my head around what's involved to replace or repair them. Cheers, Marco.

I have the same problem with mine, old broken rubber and rust holding it into place...
