If you look at the data sheet it lists the range, your pretty much limited to RAL colours as its designed for machinery etc rather than vehicles.

Safe is an interesting word, I still wouldn't spray it with no mask, in t shirt and shorts and letting the fallout drift over my neighbours garden and car or in a small garage with no extraction.....
