Painting the cargo/cab floor

Have a few surface rust spots and want to make sure it's fully sorted before putting the flooring back down so what's the best way?
K rust on rusty bits
Primer
Topcoat?

Having a few cans of topcoat made up that will hopefully match. Any reccomendations for primer, zinc or red oxide?

Hi, I treated mine with Krust, then white hammerite (smooth one). My floor was originally white and it is surprising how close the match was. I have mad matz carpets so not going to see anyway.
