Whilst my engines out I'm gonna give my grubby old tinware a treat. Is normal 2k paint ok or should I use high temp stuff? I think its powder coated originally?

Another vote for cellulose (although not white! past me is a moron)

You don't need hi-temp stuff on it at all.

Did mine in 2k, but for the amount of time & effort that went into it!!!
Next time I'll get them sent away blasted & powder coated!!!!!

The satin black rattle can stuff they sell in most car shops currently is a perfect match to the original.

As lee said above, if your tinware is solid get it shot blasted and powder coated.

Takes forever to sort out properly.

Mine is 2 pack'd
