he sold the champagne a couple of weeks ago

Phhheewweeeeee,, that saved my ass then,, that`s what I was looking at for some strange reason,, just spoke to Mrs Ozziedog on the phone and told her I`d accidentally sort of put a sort of bit of a bid in on another bus, her response was muted to begin with but gaining volume with the length of the call,,, by the end of it we actually didn`t need the phone as I could hear her very clearly (over 3 miles away) I think she has started some sort of mind meld thing because I keep getting these strange images in my mind,, I`m guessing she may not be best pleased when she returns home,, My Mrs used to give lessons and one of her star pupils (you may have heard of him) was a nice young chap, I think his name began with a H, Yes I think it was Hannibal, yes that was it Hannibal Lecktor or something like that

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,, Gonna hide down the garage till tomorrow,,

That patina'd red bus is proper sick, I love it and a good price too!

Ozzie, you can't have spin a yarn

The red bus is nice and I agree, the price looks good - come on Graham, how much, all in??

If you do it yourself it could be delivered to you for up to the £4.5K mark (could be less), if I handle the transaction then I need to add VAT to that and my time so closer to £5.5K I'm afraid,

....................still cheaper than a UK bus and the time spent fixing it though!!

i think it has a bit more than just patina going on, needs a couple of sills and lower rear arch repaired, also what every has rotted behind that, needs the gutters sorting. and after all that there 3 or 4 red patina'd bus knocking around already. So wil be hard to make it stand out.
Personally I'd go for Graham L's delta green bus, has great patina, and massive bonus of being in UK and much cheaper than this.

Hi Andy
Thanks for the plug but the Delta is sold, will be going to its new owner in a week or so time  , do agree with you about making the red patina stand out though as there are already at least 3 buses in the gallery section that look similar.
