Make sure there are no rough edges on those nuts on the new hinge, they will eat through your pop top canvas if you are not careful.

cheers dude. to be totally honest I built the with all the bolts facing out / away from the canvas ..... only back to front when I offered them up every edge is filed level and smooth but might swap all the bolts around anyway to be safe
