please sponsor me for children in need bike ride

[Iggle Piggle]

on November 4th I will be taking part in an 8 mile bike ride to raise money for this years Children In Need.

it might not sound a great distance but I will be doing this with the kids who I work with that have learning difficulties so a major achievement for them.

On a personal note it will be a big challenge for me as last year i spent most of my time on cruches after a knee op and 6 months or so leaning to walk properly again. Riding a bike in my physio sessions was hard enough so i'm not sure how long this will take but we'll get it done
