Well the guy who sounded interested and offered £4500 only had that amount and could not aford to buy and repair the little bits so she's still available.
so here goes again....maybe at the wrong time of year. If she doesn't go soon I'll probably get her fixed up and sell her with an M.O.T. for around 7-8K in the summer.
Sadly I am having to sell my single cab I imported from California with a 911 engine in the back.
She's a beast !
Lowered with low profile wide wheels, remote doors,.
The engine has been checked out by a Porsche specialist in America before I bought here and was given a clean bill of health and the guys there told me that the chain tensioner had been upgraded to the Carrera version.
She does need some work on her but it's nothing major if you know what you are doing. Things like brakes and one of the steering rods is bent slightly so the alignment is out and I don't think she'll pass an M.O.T. with no door handles so that may need to be changed.
She is also fitted with electric windows but one is stuck, like I say nothing major if you know what you are doing.
I did intend doing her up myself as I had a great time driving her around Califronia but I need the money for my Split.
She has been damaged during shipping and now sports a bit of a large dent in the front which shows some filler.
Don't let me put you off I am just being honest so we don't waste each others time. She make a GREAT ride and trust me on this one - people notice you wherever you go and is just sooooo much fun to drive.
I am asking for offers so far i have been offered £4500 which I am considering for a quick sale before Christmas.
This person has since told me that they could only afford to buy it but couldn't do the work so has pulled out and she is up for grabs again.
She is stored in Bristol.
