If the case has been line bored it can make the pully opening to large to work well with standard pully and a sand seal repair is only option so proceed with caution

Yes I’ve heard this, also the oem pulley I have looks to have been blasted so the OD on the threaded stub might be a little slacker.

Your belt is standard size. The bigger diameter pulley will make no difference as the belt will still be the same.

On OG pulley the "V" groove is deeper, on the alloy ones the belt sits right on the outside.

My original was much deeper.
The difference here would maybe give 1% increase in efficiency if you are lucky.
