Hallo, I am Filip
Im selling my Ruthman Cherrypicker, in working condition
The location of the bus is in Strasbourg, France.
The buses mechanism is in working order, as demonstrated on the photos below.
There seems to be a problem with the brakes, the front calipers seemed to be siezed, and the servo rubber is broken, not sure if this is the problem. It does brake however with the emergency brake, very efficiently.
The motor shows 80 thousand km, and Id call it the true read on the dial!
there is no play on the main shaft, and the valve covers inside are spotless, oil changed, and still very strong, does not take oil.
I drove it altogether 450kms from near by Freiburg, to Strasbourg, and than to a show nearby in Moltzcheim, France, where I did use it there.
Im asking an offer closest to 7000gbps
Transport and delivery may be arreanged.

thanks for the compliments,
it is trully a site this bus,
I was amased at how well its keept through the years!
I could say I had a luck with the buses motor, when I bought it it wouldnt start up,
but the moment I saw that it turns, hard enough, and the valve covers are clean inside, I knew it would run! I took it on a trailer outside the vilage, as the owner wanted it trailed away (being it in germany and all) than I had it deposed on a near by parking. After this
I took off the top lid of the carb, as I suspected the neetle valve was jamed, and here it is the jet, was gone, and no one noticed this before, as the factory paint marks were present still on the carb. So the bus was standing for many years, on the presumption that the engine was broken in some way, I fixed the jet back in and drove away!

another funny story was when we were trying to figure out the buttons on the lifter, my friend Tomek was in the lift when all of a sudden it took off to the top, I was at the moment reving the motor after setting the carb, he than jumped from the cab of the lifter to the roof of his van, as to not get stuck on top

that was something!

now all the levers are sorted, and it can be worked either from the bottom as well as the top
