, 2 times in Usa on the samba (one of those sets is mine), and the third, is this set seen here.
My chromes have a bit paint on them and are not straight,

but the set that I missed on the samba, went for 200usd!
So i guess, the Slaigh chrome set could have been a bargain!

Apparently, based on my research, those chrome or rather aluminium grilles, have been made by VOA strictly as an accessory, and even that didnt make a smashing sale, best chance to find it on an authentic deluxe bus usa version.

i got a set from a guy on the samba, they definately weren't 200 though :mrgreen: he had quite a stock of them at the time

i got mine at the bus stopover for £10 with all clips intact. but i think £30-£50 is the going rate depanding on condition. but as with anything, things are worth what somone will pay for them. i just payed strong money for some rear bumper trims but if you really want that part then you are prepared to pay the extra bit.
