Does anyone know if split splash pans will fit an early bay bumper? Autocrat are knocking them out.
My bumper has some but bracket to bolt to body has been chopped off.

Afaik...split are different & there 2 different early bay versions but can't remember the year it changed.all look very similar though.

I would go with the brackets that Dave aka 67panel sells. Those bumper splash pans are rust traps. ;)

^ Probably true.

If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sharing your bed with a mosquito.

Love this quote man, shared too many nights with them buggars

Or Alan Schofield make the brackets and have sold them for some time, £18 IIRC, nice profile and even have the captive nut installed

matt I cannot see them in the catologue.

I only need it to ensure the rear corners Im fitting are in the correct location, I contacted dave aka 67 panel for some of his brackets but it will be a couple of weeks before he makes some. I wanted to get the corners welded on over easter

Give schofields a call they do have them,i saw a pair on their stand at VoWo on saturday £19-00 the pair plus delivery. Dave aka 67 panel was doing them for £15-00 a pair "including" delivery. Yes Daves dont have the captive nut but that means you can use your own stainless steel hardware...no siezed nuts...ooh err

Ok called schofields got brackets plus they just started offering decent panels for under sliding door so ordered one of those too.
Happy now I can get more work done over Easter. Thanks guys

.
All a bit late I know but to answer the original question , the split splash pans have to be cut and modified .
I've still got a new set in my garage collecting dust. I am now using '67 Panel's brackets.
As Barking Mark says, you can use stainless steel bolts etc.
I also cut a flat pieces of rubber for where metal touched metal.
