Evening all

Due to the sizeable hp my bus will be running In it’s latest rendition I’ve got a Porsche 944 turbo front setup consisting of 4 pot Brembo’s along vented & cross drilled disc’s which has resulted in using Porsche 5x130 wheels, I had intended to rebuild the back end as stock but with some CSP 5x130 early bay drums. Is there any decent rear disc conversions about? Heard a few negative reviews of the Creative set up...

Cheers

944 rears?
unsure of how much work is involved but seen it on splits.

I thought that but you need to convert to 944 swing arms and hubs I think :?:

Which means cutting off the existing trailing arm locations and welding new ones in for the Porsche arms.
You need pre '86 steel trailing arms.

I am working on a porsche pcd rear set up

uses late bay modified hubs and bearing carriers
custom adaptor plates and new discs and pads and calipers to suit

Wish there was a decent wide 5 rear disk kit - Sparky had no end of issues with the CE one he has fitted and its put me right off
Ive enough on my plate now without spending the thick end of a grand on a "work in progress" kit

If nothing decent comes up I'll just stick with the CSP Porsche pattern drums.

I'm running with the ce kit which seems ok apart from bleeding them, I had to remove the calliper to get the nipple at the top to get the air out. I've also changed the handbrake cable set up to golf rears, which the callipers are from and polo fronts which have the same adjustable ends as early bay, these are joined by threaded bar and plates.

I am also looking into this. I sent these an email, but they haven't bothered to reply:
