rear drum wide 5 to narrow 5, what bits?

I'm lowering the front of my bus with T'haus dropped spindles and converting to disc brakes, going for late bay discs up front to keep cost down

so i'll be needing to convert my rear to narrow 5 stud pattern also. What bits do I need to complete the conversion? I'll be going for adjustable spring plates on the rear.

The pic here may help you understand, it will be the late stub axle, all internals, wheel hub, back plate, drum, there is also a little mod you will need to do to the bearing carrier which is a hole to drill which will become obvious when you mock everything up.
