Hold the door in place and move the bus to the side :mrgreen:
Seriously though just push the door gently to the side you want it to stay a few times and that should do it , "gently" is the right word to remember.

Also, depending on the year (can't remember offhand) there should be some little metal buffers halfway up the edges of the hatch, some models have a matching set of buffers in the rear hatch door shut area. Might be worth checking they are all present and tight.
