rear quaterlight removal?

Simple one ,how do you get the things out ?

i took the main window out first then slid the quarter out they can be tight due to te tabs in the window reveal that retain them fitting is the reverse but with lube .........can beat a bit of lube !!

Chris is right, main window out, then slide it back around 5/8" until the top cornier lines up with the body notch then pull outward. I use a big snap on screwdriver to pry it back and to break the rubber seal. It's held in top and bottom with some black flexible sealant, usually dried up on our buses. Good luck!
