What sort of price should this cost? I know it's going to be hard to say depending on what leather you choose etc, but just a ball park figure is what I'm after? :D

Porsche tombstones have the covering glued to the foam and some fabrics are no longer available.
I'd budget about £200-250 per seat, it's better to buy decent ones in the first place. Although the bases always pull away from the side bolsters.

I got a few quotes to recover my Saab seats in vinyl and they were all around the £400 mark.
Leather would obviously be more though.
Hope this helps
Didn't get them done in the end as there were a few more jobs higher on the list

I've been looking out for a set that would suit the van without being trimmed but they're either crazy patterns, or black! I'd quite like to get a set retrimmed in a light brown leather that looks aged, probably the dearest leather you can buy!!

This is probably what's going to happen for me aswell, front disc conversion is sitting top of the list at the moment. Il keep my eyes peeled for a decent set of seats though , you never know your luck. :p
