Refurbish louvered windows???

Is there a thread, someone who already done this? All in all is going great, but the seals on the three bits of glass is making my hair going grey pretty fast

What's the trick I'm missing?

i followed this thread and all weny swimmingly,only problem is it is labour intensive :roll: :roll:

end result was/is fantastic due to what looked like algae/build up of ***** over 40+ years.
all new seals throughout and jobs a goodun!!
 
Anyone recommend where to get the seal kit from to do this refurb - I am going to treat myself to this job when I get back home

got mine from c and c and was real good quality
