The filler tank hose is the issue, you're fairly restricted there. Your best bet, this is what most people do, is to use wrapped silicon hose from a kit car supplier or similar. I bought mine from MSE performance, 200mm long (you don't need all of that) 55mm ID, I assume 4.5 wall thickness. MSE-performance as an ebay seller. Don't use EPDM.
The other fuel hoses, I.e breathers and fuel hose to engine, is a lot easier. All you need is to make sure that you're using SAE R9 rated fuel hose- the other stuff is rubbish. TBH, even R9 isn't amazing with modern fuels, but it's the best you're going to get.
I go size-on size with hoses over 10mm ID, under that I usually knock off 0.5mm or 1mm on the ID since the fuel clamps you're using won't create an even compression- so having the hose a little tighter helps. This isn't backed up by standards but I've found that sometimes size on size weeps a bit. Depends on the surface finish of the spigot and how good the clamps are- hose clamps, despite being better than jubilee clips, create very uneven compression, especially on small diameters. Ear clamps are much better for compression but non-removable and require a special tool.
