Replacing the hubcap clips on standard wheels

I can't remember who I bought hubcap clips from before.

Anyone know where I can get some as bust off 4 today!!!

The last time I replaced some they were supplied with some special rivets. Anyone know how the hell you use these as they ain't like normal ones i.e you use a gun. Basically that's what I used in the end as I couldn't work out how they worked!
