Yesterday I bought 3 vans. I only wanted 2, as I dont have space for 3. However to secure the deal, I had to buy 3. Much as I'd like to keep them all, one has to go.
This one is a pretty rust free South African import. As you can see, a lot has been done already, but there is still plenty to do.
It needs a new battery tray, and the cab floor has been patched. There is a couple of small holes under the front arches, below the step. The rest of the chassis, floor and body is original and very sound and the doors are excellent. The cab doors need window scrapers and all the rubber window seals need replacing.
It had a retractable built in step, under the sliding door, which works. The interior has been fitted out like a limo, for wedding hire. The passenger seat is missing and the bulkhead on that side has been removed for a swivel seat.
The engine and gearbox are untested but I was told it was running before being shipped. Its a 1600 twin port.
The engine bay is a mess. The rear valance is missing and various bits of cowling.
I can see that the wires to the starter have been disconnected and various wires are dangling from under the dashboard.
