right cab door handles for 1970 bay?

Hi

How do I find out the correct type of cab door handles for my 70 bay please? Currently I have late ones on as the barrels are bigger and want to rekey to the ignition key.

70's should be the same as the late ones, I am pretty sure the barrels are differing sizes.

Many thanks. The what I thought are later ones have a completely different key pattern hence larger barrel.

Looking at key patterns the ignition and sliding door share an L code key so looking to rekey cab door locks. This is not possible with current ones as not only the barrels are larger son are the wafers.

The locks and keys are what is fitted at the moment and are aftermarket, but that key pattern is totally different from the other locks which I believe are L code. As said the barrels are bigger and wafers wrong size to work with other locks.

The correct L profile barrel/cylinder for your door handle (211 837 205 N) has the part number 211 837 217 H.
As you've already worked out you have the R profile barrel/cylinder 211 837 217 J. They are not compatible.
