Was looking at other alternatives for the foam and came across the above website, scanned down the page and there was a supplier listed in Shropshire

Click on there web site and they are less than 2 miles from my house :shock: phoned them up and for 3" Medium grade firm foam (based on a double bed size matress as i haven't got the van or any measurements to hand) they quoted £66 ALL IN (collection obviously) and also he knows of a retired man who could make the covers for next to nothing.
Going to see Ace foam on Monday or Tuesday for a full measure and price, so will update later next week!

I can collect stuff from JK, it's not a million miles away.

I wonder how much senditnow.com would charge to take it.

I could probably get it to dubfreeze or defo the Volksworld show.

Many a time i would of bought from them as on the whole they are nice guys but what's with the P&P?

It's free p&p at shows???

What do you get an armored truck with bodyguards and a naked bird gets out the back with the foam on a gold plinth? thats what i would expect for that?

Went to a local market today and there was a bloke selling foam, cut to any size, so i enquired and............... :shock:
Couldn't remember sizes needed so guessed at 6'x6'x4",
it doesn't cost any extra to cut so just give me the sizes and we can cut to suit, nice one roughly how much am i looking at?

I couldn't get away quick enough, £149 still in shock now :shock:
Thought a market would be cheap but looks like it JK or Bluebird foam for me although these are only 3" foam, would i notice that much difference?
What thickness do most people have?

alright froggy, i got full width 4" foam from birmingham near the rag market just round the corner from the bull ring for £75 cut to size.hope this helps

The foam from JK comes in a massive box, that's probably why it's expensive to post.

Went and got my foam today, 3 peices cut to suit for a full width R&R, 3" Medium grade firm density Blue foam £65.08 . Also found out they use Parcel force for couriers so can do a good deal on Postage (if anyone is interested)
Also got talking to the person in charge and hopefully got someone lined up to cover them for me. 8)
Anyway while i was there a bloke from another shop came over as he has an earlybay and it turns out the Ace Foam (the company i used) supply to either Bluebird or JustKampers.
So if anyone needs any foam then it might be worth going direct to the suppliers of the above company(s), might be worth a call
