Rock and roll bed query

Hi all, quick one hopefully, I have an early bay with a rusty lee rock and roll bed and love it. My friend has just bought a late bay and is looking for cushions for their rusty lee bed. Question is would my cushions fit? I have a weird feeling the rear engine bay cushion is a different shape from early to late but not sure if I am Right or not.

This is the shape of my sponge for the rear piece. Early Bay 1971 .
It is not a Crossover either. Hope this helps.
