Routing cables

Wanted to route cables for 3 led lights I have from the roof and into the area under the bed to a fuse box, where can I hide the cables. Is the only way down the front next to the windscreen?

Depends upon your interior. I routed mine down the back of the wardrobe in my Devon. You can use the C pillars.

Sorry I should have put, it's basically just a bed in the back no vinyl or anything the c pillar?

The 3rd pillar along between the two long windows. You my need to drill an exit hole to pull the cable through. This will be below the trim line and the pillar is open at the top above the roof lining.
You could power it from the original interior light. Being LEDs the current drain is very small.
