hi all, i have noticed an intermittant rubbing noise on the front brakes of my 1971 lhd westy. it rubs ever so slightly when the steering is straight ahead but when on steering around a bend the noise is much worse. i have fitted brand new calipers and the discs and pads have little wear. the discs rub on the pads intermittantly as if they are warped slightly but why would they rub so much more when the steering is turned? i have put the bus on axle stands to check whats going on and found the left side is much worse than the right.
any ideas please folks, many thanks

check wheel bearing adjustment ;) also have found some new caliper castings need a bit of fettling ,not enough clearance .also 71/72 with jk adaptors and late calipers have had to shim caliper to get disc centered.
