Am in the process of putting new shock on the front and rear.
Has anyone got info on what is good and what is bad.

How do I know what size to order, as they come in all different lengths.
I remember it had something to do with measuring the current shox length etc....

Measure the distance between the top and bottom mounts when sat on the ground.

Depends was it jacked up when you measured or sat on the ground? Either way you need 2 measurements max compresed and max extended to get the full suspension range.

You just want to make sure that sits within the range of the shock, not sure where exactly but ring whoever is supplying the shocks for info.

I use the Spax from Creative.

They have a chart on their website, go to the bottom of the page for info:

http://creative-engineering.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=150&Itemid=26" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

What it doesn't say is that you need a shock that fits your bus mid stroke, ie if the distance between shock mounts is 355mm then you would go for the 280/430 shock giving you 75mm stoke either way.

I hope this helps.

Jon
