sill replacement

I know that this subject has been beaten to death before but,

At the stage where i need to replaice them on both sides. Gotta try and get the middle ones still have inner and outer in the garage.
Is this a straight foward job to do. Never welded before, my mate does all of my welding but hes a bit bust at the moment.
Was going to attempt myself or at lest get it apart ready to do.

Any tips on how to do what to loo out for. Any body loacal want to do it :roll:

Lower sliding door track has some holes in it so all needs doing.
