Is there a split charge relay that doesn't require an extra fuse board?

A simple system that allows you to run stuff already in the van without flattening ya starting battery.

I think there might be but can't remember where I've come accross this?????

There is no way round the the split charge relay and leisure battery to run your accessories. Each accessorory will need a fuse to protect things. That is a simple split charge relay system.

I am planning this at the moment, i will be connecting a siggaret lighter socket to the second fuese board, any 12 items i want to run, will then be plugged in to that.

All you need is a fuse for the ciggy lighter then, these are usually rated at 10 amps. This is especially essential if you are running a multi plug ciggy lighter socket  . It is essential that all the wiring in the split charge circuitry is suitably fused to prevent fire/damage. A simple split charge set up can be made using a 40 amp relay if you only have a dynamo and ensuring all fuses are rated at 40A and the cable is also continuously rated at 40A.
