Single cab fuel tank

Can anyone tell me if there is a gasket or seal that goes under the tank on a single cab where the fuel outlet is. It looks as if water could get in if there is no seal. Also does the tank sit on rubbers on top of the tank mounts on the floor?

there is thick square shape soft seal under tank. I made new one from 20mm camping mattress
Tank sits on more like floor blanket type material.
