Single cab spotted twice in lancashire? Come on who's is it?

Spotted this twice around Leyland, lancashire. Looks to be being used by a builder, first saw it 2 weeks ago on my way to Southport.

Cool pickup , was tempted myself last time it was up for sale.

I think Smudge had it, then Phil in south wales had it last, but it's now emerged near me and I think it working for a living as an everyday pickup for a bulider?
