slamwerks beam...where does the damper go??

hello peeps.. just gor my slamwerks beam and very happy with the way its gone together. BUT and theres always a but... theres no where for the damper to be mounted. any ideas?? :?

Have a look through my thread, (69 Sneak Preview - http://forum.earlybay.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2589&start=40" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) I have shown a very simple and cheap way of doing this.

I don't know why these builders don't weld a bracket on and put spacers on for the shocks? Easy fixes though.
 
There's also no holes for grease nipples which is a bit of a pain too.
 
that bit is ok as its not a bearing beam it doesnt need greasing. I phoned them about that last night. As long as you grease the arms and the bushes well they dont need doing again. (the bushes socke up x amount of grease and self lub)

Ah sweet, I was worried I'd have to take them apart again at some point to grease them.
