Sliding door lubrication

Hi all , after cleaning and replacing many of the components, what is the best lubrication to use on sliding door mechanisms?

Grease on the rollers. Run some along the runners/tracks too. Make a mental note to clean and regrease each year, otherwise they get jammed up with dust.

I used some of the white lithium spray stuff......fantastic!

I use clear silicon gel. Its a plumbing thing. Its generally used in wet areas like shower door wheels, etc and its not dirty like other greases.
